I received the door piece. It came with switches, added plus. If it was in a truck it was well pampered. A simple tug on mine popped it off. I popped the switches out of the old one to get both releases. After removing the old hold down screws I realized I could have gotten away with washers. I snapped on the switch plugs and tested them then popped it back in place an tightened the two screws. Less than five minutes. 

The only issue it is a nice dark black. The driver side is a faded black...
