Kaelel, check out moriartiarmaments.com/left-hand-assemblies-and-parts for a lefty receiver and bolt group. I built a 6.8SPC carbine for my neighbor's son last summer (I mostly supervised). He had $1100 tied up in it without optics. It sounds a little pricey but he had top of the line everything.
