Pin 24 IS power in start or N......Then it travels down to the DTRS in the transmission
then back up and to the trucks starter relay as Pin 31
My info says you leave pins 24 and 31 where they are

(I bet you will find the same colors on the explorer side of the plug in 96 they might be different colors bot those pics are NSS all years of the 5.0)

I currently have ranger pin 5 238-fuel pump relay output wired to explorer pin 15 926 fuel pump relay control is this wrong?

I think pin 5 circuit 238 should stay at pin 5, circuit 238

My question to you is what is in pin 15 on the ranger side of things?

Pin 15 is fuel pump relay control.... I don't know you put up with me lol, my bad. So since that is now correct pin 5 c238 fuel pump relay output is currently unused
