JB weld is good for metal, aluminum, things that need to be sanded. Epoxy is good for plastic but must be able to hold up to the heat inside a headlight Clear silicon will work for most uses in there to keep things in place E6000 adhesive is the best choice for this, that hobby adhesive is the shiznit (alot like shoe goo, but perfectly clear)
