I gotta say I was a little dissapointed to read about the headlights not holding up to shipping?
I mean they gotta hold up to some serious abuse to hang out on the front of a truck, being shipped in a box is nothing like what they would see on the front of an off road truck!
I hope he comes through for you this time! glad the stereo sounds good :)

Me too, I didn't know what to say or say yet !
I told him to double check all the lights and functions, which he has said he did, and use some JB weld on the Halos, hoping it will hold things in place when I do my light off-roading.
He said he did the wire as usual, I took one of the headlights and shook it and the Halo slide... to me not secured well enough !

Many moons ago I worked at UPS where I was forced to join the Teamsters (useless organization). When a package is taken in it is usually picked up with care and loaded in a delivery truck at the end of the day. The package was then thrown onto a conveyor where it got scanned and routed to different trailers.  In those trailers the packages were thrown around to maximize space and time.

After shipment when things started getting hectic in the pre-load packages would be thrown on the conveyor in the feed trailer.  They would go down the sort line the loader opposite of a backed up loader would help out by knocking the backed up guy's packagers off the convey where they could fall to the floor. In the last few minutes before the driver shows up other pre-loaders would help by throwing packages in the truck while an overwhelmed pre-loader attempted to sort it out.

To put things in another perspective. Your 1 foot square box that has your lights weighs 2.5 lbs and a 6"x4"x3" box of stainless washers that weighs 11 pounds gets thrown on top of your package. Which package is going to sustain damage?

What we don't know about package handling would make us sick to think.   I have received numerous boxes with bent up sides... I assume from heavier boxes on top.   I was told once they are stacked according to addresses not what's in them.   BS, BS, BS !

And the Union thing, most union are to me, a scam from more powerful groups of people that are looking for legalized pay-offs !
The one and only Union I worked for was useless, they sided with the company when it came time for raises and the new contract.
Useless plus, all they wanted to do was raise the dues !
