It really depends on which coil you have, or rather if you have switched from one to the other since the input wires will fit either but they are different. There are 2, one plugs in from the side, one plugs in from the top.

Basically if it was running at one point with the coil pack you had on it just follow the numbers on either picture where the wires go:
