If population density is part of the problem, how come India, mexico, and a lot of the neighboring countries to china have so few cases and deaths. India has less than 1k cases and only 20 deaths. Add up the asian countries surrounding China like, assuming factors like dense population, close proximity and travelers to china and it doesn't make much sense. Cases Deaths Hong Kong 561, 4 Japan 1652, 53 Vietnam 174, 0 Cambodia 99, 0 laos 6, 0 Thailand 1245, 6 Singapore 802, 2 Taiwan 283, 2 Philippines 1075, 68 Mongoli 12, 0 There are also a lot of middle east and eastern European countries that are not having an overwhelming number of cases at the time of this post..... https://ncov2019.live
