no they are not they are made for TTB trucks not the 98+ SLA IFS trucks...., there are a few differences like rack and pinion steering...... and the frames changed quite a bit where the engine cradle is and the spring/shock towers. It sucks that you had to notch the frame to clear conversion headers made for your conversion? Advance adapters also sells conversion headers.... most of those conversion shorty headers were built with 2wd guys in mind. The torque monster headers were built to clear everything without notches, including TTB trucks in 4x4. He sells a 98+ header for the IFS trucks and a conversion header for the TTB dudes. My BII was the guinea pig for the conversion headers
