Jack stands? How the heck are you going to get an engine into a truck with jack stands!! This should be good....
No cherry picker? No tractor? No truck bed mounted winch hoist dealio? Is it on a rolling dolly? Can you wheel it up some ramps?
Make a sling from ratchet straps and hold it up in the air from the ceiling joists, then drive the truck under it?
Where there is a will there is a way, I know this!
What lift? Maybe the "install the lift in the garage day" has come
Maybe time to rent a picker or just buy one! Can get them on CL for $80-100
