So now our fine governor has closed all the schools in the state for 3 weeks.

There will be panic. People will lose their jobs because they can't leave their 3 year old alone. Not everyone has family, my kids are old enough to be by themselves and my wife only works part time at a grocery store within walking distance BUT when they were younger we had NOBODY. I have no family in the state, her family well most of them anyway have their own problems, all grandparents passed, my dad was still around till about 3 years ago but he was a kid too suffering from a stroke and altimeters.

So though I'm not in the cross-hairs of the OBVIOUSLY created hysteria that everyone is hopping on the bandwagon of. But tens of thousands are. This will alone cause more deaths by suicide than the Covid-19.

The hysteria will cause financial difficulties that we will live with for the next 10 years.
I contend and are putting it in writing here, the Virus is not the problem it is the reaction. The virus is only spread by being close to someone that is carrying it. The hysteria knows no boundaries and is quickly spread through social media as it too has mutated into a major global epidemic.

Guys (and a couple gals) this is bad, really bad. Doctors are turning patients away out of fear (more of the modern attorney system than the virus), schools and colleges are closed, major sports events cancelled, churches are closing the doors on Sunday, amusement parks and public swimming areas are talking about shutting the doors.
The economic repercussions will cut deeper than the virus ever will.

If I am wrong I won't have a problem admitting it, only time and numbers will tell.

Always leaning to the right,
Jim
