In my last post, I mention I could take the camera out of the housing, I got another e-mail stating not to do it, it will VOID the warranty.
Now it is a real WTF... !
Also, I can't mount the Camera without having the WHOLE system working, then I have to watch from the driver's seat and someone needs to move the camera up the tailgate until I get the picture I want. Funny I thought there should be a measured distance from the ground for it to work per factory spec.
I will be waiting for a call from the installer on that subject.
