Adjusting the tracks without replacing the bushings will put more pressure on the bushings. My extended cab is so bad you can't adjust it out I have to put bushings on it.
If you aren't done with yours by the time I do mine I'll cut you an extra bushing from teflon.

Make it two bushings, my driver's side and passenger's side are both having the problem.
Are you planning to keep the tolerances tighter than OEM ?

My Power Door mod won't happen until after the Audio, after the Grille, and after the Projector Headlights are installed.
