It has been my experience that a limited slip rear has a greater tendency to slide around a corner. This is due to one wheel breaking free leaving the other to maintain stability and there is too much lateral force so it breaks free.

In a climate that has more wet days than dry I would look for a heavy lugged tire that is designed for wet weather and run it on the low side of the air pressure recommendation. Also, if you do have a LS rear axle it might be prudent to service the rear axle and leave out the friction modifier so that it basically disables the LS function.

Or, use a lighter touch on the accelerator and hit the corners slower...:whatever:
