A Seymour Duncan SH13 is a blade pickup, similar to the old Bill Lawrence blade pickups that were popular back when the super distortions and duncan "invaders" were popular. The invader sounded like a turd wrapped in a wash cloth but they sold a bazillion of them on looks alone. I worked on an ancient Univox Ripper that I restored to stock, it had a super distortion when I started on it. The same guy had an epiphone SG so I put it in there. Still to this day an awesome sounding pickup I never had a chance to buy one but played with a few. The ripper restore was a 2 year project finding stock pickups for that was a chore. I can't find the pictures unfortunately.
