Are you connecting the heating grid also? That's a nice option.

Yes, but my Mirror Glass are from Muth, with Directionals and Heat, but I don't think the heat will be of any use here.

Scrambler82, when I installed the 06 power mirrors in my 2000 Ranger I went to a JY & found a Ranger close to the year of mine & cut the harness near the power mirror & unpluged the mirror wiring at the connection of the door harness. I took the part of the harness that was cut from the the power mirror wiring & spliced it into the 06 power mirrors & then just plugged in the other end into my door harness. That way if I ever need to replace a mirror all I have to do is unplug the mirror & rewire the mirror part of the harness to the new mirror, & I can do it on my work bench instead of in the door. I did it that way because the plug on the 06 mirrors is at the mirror, & on the 2000 is was at the door harness. I hope that makes sense.
Mike,
Not sure what I am going to do.
I have '06 Mirrors with powered if I remember I have a harness but I will need to dig them out from the Storage Bucket.
But my truck is an EDGE and I don't even know if I have a door harness.

If I don't have the '06 OEM Harness for the mirrors, I will have to locate that too.
I do have two full power Doors from an '02  Extended Cab and I am going to try and use as much of that as possible and it sounds like I will need to add the Door side of the '06 Mirror Harness.

Thanks
Ltr
