Why did you buy a 32 spline atlas?
That is a tough thing to overcome
You would have to start with a blank output shaft and I am pretty sure the number of splines is based on the size of the shaft....so you cannot just grind 32 onto it

32 splines is a GM thing

Might consider talking to Advance Adapters and see if you can change parts in the t case side of things
OR
Consider running a GM transmission?!?!?!

The T-Case is from an old project I was working on and as usual never finished.
The T/C was connected to an GM/NV4500 with a 32 spline output shaft, and I have talked to AA about a shaft for the AOD, to save me time and money of shipping.

I don't know if there is a Shop Locally that handles the Atlas II, 4 Wheel Parts is close, and Off-Road Warehouse is too, maybe one of them can do the work.
Sending the T/C back to AA is going to be a pita.

I will be asking around and see what is happening.

Pulling the 5.0L-W from the Jeep tomorrow, have a neighbor's son home from college and we were talking and I told him I had to get it out soon, he said he was free on Friday, tomorrow, so I should have my engine on the stand, the T/C really for Shaft Change, AND a NV4500/GM Style, 5.12 (?)-1st, 0.76-5th, up for sale.

Interesting thought on the GM Transmission, AA has a Kit for a 700R4 in a Ford, Adapter Bell Housing, Trans, and all of the needed stuff.  Something to think on.

If you know of someone that might want an NV4500, never use but 10 years old, and not afraid to ship it, was purchased and never had power applied !
Also, I have the Adapter for the Ford Manual Trans Bell Housing to the NV4500, 11" clutch setup, flywheel, pressure plate and disc.

I will sak AA about a local shop they certify .
