Could it be the Third Brake Light and then the water is running down the right side of the window ?
I have never seen the rear window leak, the Third Brake Light Gasket... Yup !
Pull the panels on the rear of the cab and run some water over the rear of the cab and see where it is coming from.
I'll have dig into the leak. It's maybe 2 inches from where the window goes vertical
