I drive an 80 mile commute round trip, mostly tree covered roads and hardly lose it at all. Tunnels and parking garages are a different story. Actually my Receiver is for the SiriusXM, I was just shortening it down to XM. I have listened to SiriusXM and it had a good sound, good enough for me. Here where I live it is WIDE open spaces, even in town, buildings are limited in height so there wouldn't be much blockage but I don't know for sure how the SiriusXM will work in my truck. I do know this thing Verizon calls a Phone Service is by far the worse thing going... in my area. Thanks for your reply, I am mounting the Tweeter Pods to the Windshield Pillars, repositioning the 4WD Switch and the Power Ports from the Radio Bezel, before sending the Truck to Audio Shop... this guy even told me he would wire up my Power Window. Mirrors and Locks... his prices are by far the best I have run into here in SoCal, so he might do it all. I might even vacuum it out AND clean up some of the dust build up. Getting impatient want to hear this new system sing and use the Apple Car Play, (A biggy for me) !
