I just turned 62 in December & whenever it rains my body aches. I am retiring at 65 & my wife & I are planning to get a house that needs some work on a couple acres in southern Virginia so I have room for a nice sized garage & workshop. I want to live where it gets less snow then here in NJ, I might even work a little part time.
