The ranger can be modified to accept the hinges, I have a couple sets but haven't put them in.

The slot the ranger hinge sits in isn't wide enough or long enough to accept the expo hinge. You have to make it larger.

The bolt holes don't line up exactly and it is better to use the "rivet nuts" like are used in the grab handle mod.

I plan on doing it... twice since I have 2 sets. In the big scheme of mods it seems like one of the less difficult ones but they don't bolt right on, they are not a direct replacement.
