1) With this OEM system, the only way I can connect the iPod at the moment is with an FM modulator (Monster brand). I have seen several products to plug into the back of the radio that makes it work like a built-in 3.5mm AUX input. The P.I.E. I mentioned was one of those devices, but is discontinued now. 2) My radio has three connectors on the back. They are 20-pin CD changer connection, 16-pin standard power, speaker and illumination connection and 8-pin subwoofer connection. You can connect my in-console CD changer to the CD-6 head unit, but I didn't need all that and really wanted my console storage back. The changer was great, but I love the sound of that Pioneer CD-6! 85W per channel!
