Truck was rebuilt and completed around 12 years ago. Build was done by a long time Ford dealer body / mechanic. Started his own shop 15 years ago and built this truck for his father. His fathers health is failing and can no longer drive. I bought the truck last year to play around with, but have decided I need to concentrate my time and money towards my other projects.

Truck started as a pretty clean solid southern truck. Build was meant to look as factory as possible, clean and reliable. Engine is stock spec with dual exhaust. They originally had headers, but decided to go with stock manifold because of constant leak problems. The frameĀ  has been modified for headers. Truck starts and runs just like a stock one. No running or mechanical issue that I know of.

The body was repainted at that time. New bumpers etc. After about 6 or 7 years he started to drive it year around and rust started to show up.

When I bought it, there was rust on the bottom of the drivers door. The lower edge of both front fenders, over the rear wheels. There is also little spots showing on the cab corners. The front bumper which was an aftermarket item is rusting from the inside out.

I located a replacement door and purchased aftermarket front fenders. My plan was to use the fender lips from the original fenders and repair the rear fender lips. The guy who built the truck, painted the fenders and door. I have installed the door and the drivers fender. I will of course include the new painted passenger fender and the original fenders with the truck.

Truck shows 54K miles but true mileage is unknown, cluster was replace when the build was done using a better condition used cluster. According to the builder, his dad put between 15 and 20,000 miles on the truck.

I have a clear Ohio title in my name, ready to sell.

Thanks for looking, please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
