My son (ArcticWolf1911) has his dash out as we speak. He found that water was coming in, ever so slightly, right near the bottom of the windshield where the radio antennae comes into the cab. There is some body sealant there that, over time, has hardened and shrunk. A trip to Menard's for some caulking stuff and he has it all sealed up. He's gonna let it cure a week, test again for leaks, and back together it will go. Heater core and A/C drain mentioned above are also big possibilities.
