I haven't given an update on part 2, unwanted shift kit in automatic. Almost a year ago I parked on a downhill slant, face forward. Took me forever to back out because of people in the parking lot. After I backed out and started forward... it was shifting smooth and correctly. ? Took it home and the next morning it was banging in to gear again. Out of curiosity I parked in the same spot, backed out and it started shifting right for that session. ? SO now what I can do if I want it to shift right for a session is put it in reverse, step on brake and throttle stress it in reverse without moving. Like a brake torque without spinning tires. Most of the time LOL. It always shifts correctly after doing this unless I drive it for a half hour plus on highway then it will bang again until I reverse brake torque it again. I'm thinking some sort of stuck ball in the valve body but I'm pretty sure it isn't the TCC now. Since I have one I'm going to take the pan off, put a filter on and the TCC but the problem is if it works after I won't know if it was the TCC or the fresh fluid.
