If you do all the common stuff and can't get any better response, check the temp of the cats with one of those laser thermometers and see how hot they are. A partially clogged cat can cause this exact thing and exhibit no other symptoms and no CEL. If you know someone with the forscan software you might be able to tell which bank by O2 sensor temps. or someone with a more advanced scanner capable of more than just reading codes.
