The frets were so out I stripped it and leveled, crowned and polished the frets after playing it one time.
Came with EMG's but he had the original pickups (490R and 498T) and pots which I quickly put back in. It sounded awesome but I never bonded with it. Traded it for a motorcycle that ran exactly 2 minutes.
If it had been brown I would have kept it for looks alone. I'm not much of a "red" guy. Only mod was russian PIO caps. It changed the tone so drastically, was great for the early muddy black sabbath stuff. I don't miss it at all
