AIM Surplus has used Law Enforcement trade-in Smith & Wesson Model 65 .357 Magnum stainless steel revolvers in stock  for $420 in stock right now.  These are 4 inch heavy barrel, K-frame, 6 shot .357 Mag/.38 Spl revolvers that have a bobbed trigger so they must be shot double action.

I am short cash since I just got back from vacation or I would have one of these headed to my FFL. This is a great deal on a K-frame 357. The good thing about stainless is that any imperfections in the metal can be buffed out with scotch brite or turned into a pimp gun polishing it on a rouge wheel.

I dropped the hammer on the Model 65 from AIM but the price had dropped to $390 and it is not the bobbed hammer. The only drawback is the etched serial number in the side and lots of holster wear. I am going to wirebrush it out and polish it back - it is stainless. As far as shooting I slugged it at .356 so it has not been shot much. The action is tight but the Pachmayr grips are a bit gummy.  I put a set of Crimson Trace Laser grips on for $130. I have dialed in a 125 gr coated leadhead load at 1170fps for a low 357 mag load that is good for targets. I have some 158gr JHP scheduled for the range next.
