You're welcome. I figured it was worth getting at least some photos showing why it won't work. It's sort of close. I appreciate the vote of confidence, I think I could get them on the truck, too. But, given how easy it seems it will be to add those same features to a set of mirrors made to fit the door, I feel the modification route will make things easier. I might be more apt if I had some fab equipment, like a welder. If I could cut out that place in the door and replace it with new sheet metal, drill new mounting holes and mount the mirror, I'd do it. But, I fear that with the amount of cutting and drilling that would be necessary to make these mirrors fit up, it may compromise some integrity of the door. Not that it's under much load.
