Dry fit. Had to do a little bit of grinding to get the right side to fit up right. There was a glob of weld at the flange that got taken down, and a relief bevel got put in on the bracket itself.

It all fits up nice. Brake lines (not shown) will need some work, though. For now though, I need some things and I'm out of spending cash. So that means I'm moving onto electrical.

I could not obtain a volvo relay at the JY. I can get them off ebay for cheap, but I cannot obtain any information as to how these are wired. So, I've given up on that volvo relay path. Instead, I ordered a timer PCB that will do the exact same job. This one is adjustible from 0 to 100 minutes, so I can set it to exactly where I want it.

I did attempt to get some 06 expo mirrors and succeeded. But, they don't fit up right. The curvature is correct, but nothing else is. That said, I managed to swipe the glass from them. Hopefully the glass fits power Ranger mirrors. If it doesn't, well I guess I'm just screwed on that front.
