My manual 06 mirrors were TYC brand. I thought they were just fine. But yeah, JY trip is in order. Volvos have a tiny timer relay inside them somewhere that will come in handy. I figured out how to get the glass out, but unfortunately could not deduce how to separate the main housing from the mount. If Expo mirrors don't fit the doors, it appears that I will have to try and retrofit those features into Ranger housings. I hear that puddle light mirrors use smaller motors to accommodate the light. We'll see what happens and I'll report back my findings. I hope to get out there on Thursday.
