Michael, my wife & I can remove the bed off my 00 Ranger using some marine grade rope tied to the inside bed hooks in an "X" pattern & my engine hoist. My wife operates the engine hoist while I guide the bed up, once it clears the rear bumper I hold the bed steady & she jumps in the truck & pulls it forward & then we set the bed on a pair of saw horses. When we stood the bed on the front panel so I could coat the bottom of the replacement bed I just ran a chain across the 2 rear in bed tie down hooks & lifted it with the engine hoist until it was clear of the saw horses then with my wife operating the hoist again I steadied the bed while she let the hoist down setting it on the front panel.![]() ![]() ![]()
