Big wiring question!!! I began on the conversion of the two 42 pin connectors. Note when I put down a number (14) I'm talking about PIN numbers not Circuit numbers. EXPO TO RANGER 1 1- voltage in start/run 2. 2 tachometer 3. 3 data link negative 4. 4 brake pedal switch 5 is fuel pump relay output on expo harness, I wasn't sure which pin it needs to go to on the ranger side 6. 6 check motor light 7 7 vss input 8 8 voltage at all times 9 is vehicle power on the expo, again wasn't to sure where to hook it up on the ranger harness 10. 27 BLANK 11. 11 data link positive 12 in the evtm the expo has this circuit labeled tranny connector switch should I hook it up to ranger 12 (pcm to tranny over drive cancel switch)? 13 TX signal- no clue on where to hook it up on the ranger harness 14 14 canister vent 15 5 fuel pump relay I noticed that the expo 42 pin connector has 6 empty pins when the ranger only has like 2... and the expo has a ton more grounds than the ranger. I sure I'm forgetting some stuff but I'm tired lol.
