yes the same fuse box came from the factory with power heated seats in the explorer, this is why you should have an open spot where you can add another fuse and power feed wire

Do not tap into a wire, add a new wire just like factory.
Or just add a wire directly to the + terminal at the power box or battery, just make sure you fuse it. You can use an amplifier install kit type fuse and wire too.......
