You will need to start with the AC style HVAC box and mount it to your firewall, this may or may not require the engine being removed.
We would need to determine if your truck is already wired for AC from the factory, this is something I do not know
After that there is alot of plumbing to do, and parts to add
Best bet would be to source all of the parts you need from one donor vehicle
This could be a large under taking, some people will actually suggest selling your truck and buying one with AC
