BII rips the floor pans wide open when you wheel them, I had been meaning to fix these cracks for about 5 years now, the rips in the floor pans had been allowing water to soak the underside of my carpet kit for years...rusting out the floors. So I finally fixed it.

Before during after:

I use weld through primer on all parts, the final three coats of Chassis saver on top and underneath... and finally rust stopping black paint on the top

Chassis saver after two coats:

Stuff is awesome, like a shield for metal

I am using gloss black I believe? I have had the can for like 3 years before I finally got to use it
I have seen it used on frames and suspension parts and it looks awesome when done
He makes colors now too
