heck yes!! This is what I like to see somebody elses chicken scratch notes. I have a whole box full of papers like that Every single conversion is different and they all require some sort of wiring. Map out the truck side (02 at the 42 pin plug) then map out the drivetrain side (96 Explorer at the 42 pin plug) things will start to become clear on what goes where and why The stock thermostat is 195 degrees use a stant super stat and put the little bleeder hole at the top. I will be dealing the wiring on my 07 swap starting next week, finishing up a bunch of other "fall time" projects and I am almost done!! Keep up the good work!!! On some of my conversions (MY BII) I have deleted the metal heater tube manifold and just ran regular old school heater hoses. Basically you cut the one tube right after the temp sensor that threads into the lower intake and then flare it and run a hose, the other hose goes directly to the heater core http://www.fortuneelevatorconsultants.com/B2/overall.jpg Last edited on Sat Oct 19th, 2019 11:21 am by 410customs ____________________ I build custom RBV, specializing in drivetrain conversions, wiring, suspension and complete custom trucks |
