I put some Corbeau seats in my Mazdaspeed Protege, But I went with ones that were pretty flat, since I needed more room in the car. I would buy something a bit more padded for my Truck. the seats are all pretty generic, its the seat brackets that are custom fit. So I would first look for a company that sells a bracket for a ranger, and then see what seats fit the bracket.
