Bare with me as we think out loud here

VSS:
You should be able to use the vss from the 95 t case yes.
Use a 95-96 VSS speed sensor from a Explorer/Ranger/FSB it will work with the EECIV computer. BUT I think your VSS signal is already present to make your mark8 pcm happy.

You only need the signal for your 4x4cm since your speedo is GPS

Let me ask you this Does your Mark8/EECIV computer know you are moving? did you hook up the vss wires from the pcm to your GPS system?

If so the 4x4cm can use that same signal
In OBDI there is still a two wire vss...in and out from the pcm to the vss sensor. Grey and grey/black

The VSS sensor was present in trucks trans/tailhousing up until 98, in 95 they stopped using the cable to drive the speedometer but the vss signal still came from the driven gear on the output shaft.
Im guessing your GPS system gave you a vss signal to input into your mark8 pcm?
You can simply tap into that if so.

ISO:
THE ISO bus wire you can hook up or leave it unhooked, it is simply so the scanner can access the 4x4cm, I know I have never needed to pull codes or even talk to the 4x4cm
The wire goes directly from the 4x4cm to the obd2 port. It wont be missed if you do not have an OBD2 port.

SSR:
The sensor signal return wire is present on the Mark8/EECIV computer, it is the same wire that goes to many of the engines sensors, TPS, EGR, etc
Grey/red

This is not a huge pita, wiring is my favorite thing.
Right now for two days I have been trying to use a 97.5 PCM into a 2007 truck...you want to talk about wiring challenge, I am not sure I will sleep for the next week until I have a clear map.
