The system holds vacuum, should not be a leak. Your pressure readings do look like a bad/clogged orifice tube, so may be a leak/open between the compressor and the orifice. The Workshop Manual requires a Refrigerant System Filtering after any component change.

Diagnostic Table

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]NOTE: [font=Arial", "sans-serif]The following table is used to guide diagnosis of the refrigerant system if operating pressures are outside normal limits.
[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Refer to the chart below.

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]High (Discharge) Pressure

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Low (Suction) Pressure

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Component — Causes

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]High or Clutch Cycling

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]High

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Condenser — inadequate airflow.
[font=Arial", "sans-serif]High

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Normal to High

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Engine — overheating.
[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Normal to High

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Normal

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Refrigerant overcharge — air in refrigerant.
[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Normal to Low

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]High

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]TXV [font=Arial", "sans-serif]not operating correctly.
[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Normal to Low

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Normal to High

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]A/C suction line — partially restricted or plugged. [font=Arial", "sans-serif]a
[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Normal to Low

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Low or Clutch Cycling

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Low refrigerant charge, A/C suction line — partially restricted or plugged A/C cycling switch — sticking closed (if equipped). [font=Arial", "sans-serif]b
[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Erratic Operation or Compressor Not Running

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]A/C cycling switch — poor connection at A/C clutch connector or clutch cycling switch connector. A/C electrical circuit erratic — see A/C Electrical Circuit Wiring Diagram.
[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Normal to Low

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]High

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Compressor — low performance.
[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Additional Possible Cause Components Associated With Inadequate Compressor Operation

·        [font=Arial", "sans-serif]Compressor Drive Belt — loose
·        [font=Arial", "sans-serif]Compressor Clutch — slipping
·        [font=Arial", "sans-serif]Clutch Coil Open — shorted, or loose mounting
·        [font=Arial", "sans-serif]Control Assembly Switch — dirty contacts or sticking open
·        [font=Arial", "sans-serif]Clutch Wiring Circuit — high resistance, open or blown fuse
·        [font=Arial", "sans-serif]Compressor Operation Interrupted by Engine Computer
[font=Arial", "sans-serif]Additional Possible Cause Components Associated With a Damaged Compressor

·        [font=Arial", "sans-serif]Incorrect Clutch Air-gap
·        [font=Arial", "sans-serif]Suction Accumulator — refrigerant oil bleed hose plugged
·        [font=Arial", "sans-serif]Refrigerant Leaks

[font=Arial", "sans-serif]a [font=Arial", "sans-serif]Low pressure reading will be normal to high if pressure is taken at accumulator and if restriction is downstream of service access valve.
[font=Arial", "sans-serif]b [font=Arial", "sans-serif]Low pressure reading will be low if pressure is taken near the compressor and restriction is upstream of service access valve.
