If you want to be able to both disable and enable the device and default to enabled on key up, it could be done using the latching circuit with a single relay and 2 push buttons (on and off). It is also possible to enable and disable and default to on at start using a single normally open pushbutton and a group of relays. However, the wiring gets a bit more complicated.
