Looking to get new tires for my truck. I have two 5 year old tires and two 2 year old tires. The 5 year old pair are pretty dry rotted and worn out (they were transferred to the truck from my previous jeep that had the same sized tires, when i got it new tires years ago). the two newer tires are in decent shape, BUT I want to match all 4 tires. my truck doesn't see much use, maybe 150 miles a month? if that? But I was thinking one of the two good tires could be used as a replacement for my spare. but How big of a tire can fit on the spare wheel, in its hidden location? The tires I have are 31x10.5r15, and I'll be keeping that size. Edit to add, 1998 B4000 4x4 with a factory tow hitch.
