 Let's say HYPOTHETICALLY I want to remove my key ring pats transceiver thingy and tape a key to it hiding under the dash and not tell anyone for fear of my truck getting stolen.

What do you do with that wire that goes to the green insert in the front of the ring, you know the thing that makes it ding constantly when disconnected alerting you that the key is in the ignition? 

Hypothetically of course, I wouldn't want anyone to think I was bypassing a safety feature LOL.

Actually I would like that feature to still work but the antenna houses it. Anyone come up with a solution?
