Sometimes the window comes out easy. My 99 ranger needed a new back window when the slider glass broke. I watched the installer remove the trim from around the back window inside the cab, then the window popped right out. The seal was still intact so he just added a bead of sealer and put the new window in. It took him about 20min start to finish. Never leaked before or after.
