You can probably swap the old seat brackets on to the new seat. Check under your '99 seat and see if the tracks bolt on, if so then there is a good chance you can bolt in the 94-95 seats and or just get the old ones re upholstered whether for aesthetics or comfort. There's a whole host of good companies like Coverking and Katskin that offer an enormous amount of "real" seat covers that fit like the original seat material does.
