It isn't easy but it is cheap and replaceable. Taking the door panel off is a breeze and there are multiple tutorials on youtube about this. I have done 3 and did one over because I got it wrong. The motor is right at where the lock cylinder is. You will need a shorter than average screwdriver to pry the tab on the old one trust me. Take a cheap pocket clip screwdriver and saw the handle off as short as you can,right above where the metal was molded in.. I have 2 of them LOL lost the first one then found it. Makes it much easier, you will see when you are in there. Basically feel where the tab is (I used a mirror on a handle to see it) and pry it with the shorty screwdriver while pulling the old motor toward the outside of the door. Putting the new one on is easier.
