I put a genuine Motorcraft crank sensor on and a belt that did stop the squeaking (yes I replaced the cam synch right after I bought it) on the Jalapeno.

Too bad I had to fill the back with shrubs and won't be able to drive it long enough for a few days to see if it made a difference.
