Same here.

The seat rail is frozen so the seat cannot be adjusted so she cannot drive it. She has ridden in it twice in 5ish years and complained about the harsh ride and uncomfortable seat. I guess I spoiled her with the F150 Lariat that I had from 99-13. The seats in the Lariat were more comfortable than the Lay-z-boy in the den.
