I posted a muffler question in another thread. I am working on a custom crossover pipe (Thank you Shane for being an excellent welder) that will mimic the original explorer setup minus cats. Once it is in place I'll weld the bungs on for the upstream O sensors which seem to be the same on MANY years of expos and rangers except for harness length according to the part numbers.
It is a little easier than I thought actually, I bought that walker pipe and are using most of it though in pieces.
So I want to run a single muffler, looking for suggestions in the other thread.
410custom does a single pipe exhaust for the V8 swap
