I had one muffler on my dodge 4.9 pickup. Was quiet but growled and flowed incredibly well. I have no idea what it was, it was on the truck when I bought it. I want to put a single muffler on my 5.0. Has headers and no cats but that is all, no cam or other flow tricks. I personally have NEVER bought a new muffler. When I was a kid I got cherry bombs off of friends, side pipes on a pontiac astre with a 231 V6 swap (was dangerous) and my mustang already had some sort of exhaust on it. If I'm going to get ONE muffler, I want it to flow and be RELATIVELY quiet, what should I buy? Plenty of solutions for duals but I don't want to bother with it for this first build. So what flows that is one muffler?
