Replaced the fan clutch which had failed and water pump belt yesterday. Took me 45 minutes of actual work and 2 hours of finding the damn screw i dropped. But at least my truck is quiet now, no more squealing on startup and no more crazy fan noise above 2k rpm.
Oh man, when the fan clutch goes bad.... sounds like the garbage truck when its idling up for a crush.
